Our top priority is your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with the quality of any product within 30 days of receipt, you're welcome to return it for a replacement, refund, or repair.
Since our products are customized, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for: mistakes in typing when placing an order; damage due to normal wear and tear or unusual usage; or change of mind.
We encounter various spelling styles for names, making it challenging to identify errors. Thus, please double-check the spelling before finalizing your order. As most items are custom-made, returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.
For faulty or incorrect items, we may request a return for quality inspection. We'll bear the return costs if necessary. Refunds are typically processed within a week.

Based in Texas, we offer global shipping! Delivery within the USA typically takes 1-3 business days. International shipments may experience delays.
2. Damaged Products
We are committed to the quality of our products and their delivery. Our puzzles are securely packaged. In the case of damage or loss during shipping, we'll promptly send a replacement. We provide a complete guarantee for your order.
